Week Twelve, Day Three

I renamed today "The Epic Fail Day" instead of Saturday. Because the gym was totally worthless for me today. I felt like shit and even though I did my weight lifting routine and then went to cardio, it was like trying to pull teeth to get me going faster than a slight walk. I just wasn't feel well and even though I knew I wanted... no, needed to get some good cal burns in to make up for the pound I gained... 

I gave zero effs. 

Like...I had no effs to give. 

So 30ish minutes of half-assed working out and low cals. I went home and sulked on the couch.

Every day can't be a #winning day, okay? I've come to accept that. I'm hoping the next workout, I kill it though.
