Week Thirteen, Day One

Welp. After a yo-yo week (down .6, up .8, down .4 etc) - I decided to go back to straight cardio for a bit. I just haven't made enough progress yet to switch. I think once I'm closer to my weight loss goal - I can add weights back in - but I'm just so tired of working my ass off to see either NO results or minimal results. 

This is the longest stretch I've had of being healthy and working out and I just can't tell you how frustrating and discouraging it is to have worked this hard for little to no results. 

So that's the reason behind the switch. I shall see how it goes this week. I also downloaded a new app - 7min workout - for the days that aren't "official" workouts. Because... 7 mins. We'll see if it actually works.
