Week Thirteen, Day Two

I was supposed to get up yesterday and work out. But this week has been a tough one. Between the stress, anxiety and lack of sleep (oh God, the lack of sleep...) my fitness was pushed aside. And because I didn't sleep well last night, today's workout was rough. I was pissy, I could barely push myself and it was sure that it wouldn't even matter because I also felt my calorie counting slip this week. 

I know that not every workout can be a #winning workout - but I try to remind myself that even a shitty workout is better than the workout I didn't do.
