Week Fourteen, Day Two

Today was the first day of following Mr. GNC guy's advice. And I have to say... I'm kind of a believer - already. By the end of the workout, I was sore, I was tired but most of all - I felt like I'd really put my whole into it. That's when I think you know you've had a good workout. 

I'm also down again on the scale which - YAY! But more importantly, I FEEL good. I know that could be a temporary, fleeting feeling but I'm relishing in it for the moment. 

I have a feeling getting out of bed tomorrow will be difficult, but it will just remind me of the hard work I did today.
