Week Fourteen, Day Three
Today has been NON STOP - go, go, go. From the moment I woke up to literally 10 minutes ago, I have been busy. I usually have a few minutes to get this blog written between working out and starting the work day, but not today.
Today marked out second day of doing the "new" routine - and again a good calorie burn (though not as good as Tuesday because I'm still so sore from it!). But I'm determined to do a long walk tomorrow, go at it hard on Saturday and possibly Sunday because my mom is beating me in our competition. I WAS down and then gained a bit and now I'm like "oh no she didn't!"
Anyway - it's good to finally have a few minutes of free time before I go back to work.
