I do things a little differently in my business. You see, I’m not a one-size-fits-all kind of gal. I tailor my services to survivors who are ready to bravely step out into the world and say, “My recovery matters. My work and my dreams matter. I matter.

If you’ve ever been silenced, shut down or told that you can’t do what you want to do in this life… I’ve got news for you.

You can absolutely do it.

Not only can you do it—I can help you get there. But only if you’re willing to be strong and brave in the process.

Check out what I have to offer. See if it feels right. Then, book a free coffee chat with me to talk about your dreams and how we’re going to get you there.

Coaching Trauma Survivors

As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, I’ve spent time fully immersed in the world of Trauma Recovery. As a foundational member of The International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching, I’ve helped build, maintain, and create recovery programs for trauma survivors.

My speciality is in coaching family members of offenders as it’s an underserved and ignored population of survivors. I’ve worked very hard to establish my coaching practice and am currently accepting private and group coaching clients.

Business Consulting & Design

As a perpetual entrepreneur with a keen eye for strategic decisions and slick design, I came by consulting and designing almost by accident. When I kept getting requests for this work, I realized that it was an opportunity to serve other business owners in the same way my mentors served me when I first started out (shoutout to my #girlcrush Marie Forleo).

I specialize in working with trauma survivors who are starting their new life with the business of their dreams. Being a business owner is tough enough, #amiright? But being a trauma survivor and a biz owner? That takes strength and guts. And I want to be able to provide savvy and affordable services for those that need it.

Speaking & Educating

Trauma Recovery… WHAT?! I know, it’s kind of confusing. But what’s not confusing is how much of an impact trauma-informed service providers are making in the world. Since I’ve started this challenging but rewarding work, I’ve watched many schools in the nation adopt a trauma-informed model. I’ve worked with mental health professionals who are transitioning from therapeutic arenas into the trauma-informed space.

But the biggest issue the world is facing is the lack of education on what the heck Trauma Recovery Coaching even means. That’s where I come in. There’s nothing I love more than to help people understand what trauma-informed care is and how certified professionals can help trauma survivors go from merely living to, well, thriving.
